The St. Gregory Hotel is downtown Washington D.C.'s newest hotel. The nine-story hotel opened on June 22, 2000 and offers 154 guest rooms including 100 suites, 37 standard rooms, 16 "Sky" suites with balconies and panoramic city views and a Presidential Suite. Located between Dupont Circle and Georgetown, the St. Gregory Hotel is a very convenient hotel for tourists and business travelers. The hotel is managed by Capital Hotels, which also operates the city's St. James Suites and the Governors House Hotel.

St Gregory Hotel Location

The St. Gregory Hotel is located just three blocks from the historic Georgetown area and ten blocks from the White House. Located in downtown Washington, D.C. at the corner of M Street, 21st Street and New Hampshire Avenue, guests have easy access (only 10 blocks south on 21st Street) to the National Mall, the park that stretches about two-and-one-half miles from the Lincoln Memorial to the U.S. Capitol Building. In addition to the National Monuments, the attractions in this famous park also include the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the Smithsonian, the Air and Space Museum, the Museum of American History and the National History Museum. The hotel is also within walking distance to three of the city's Metro stops including Foggy Bottom, Dupont Circle and Farragut North. The Metro rail system has over 75 stations traveling 100 miles around the metro area. There are stops at almost every attraction. Reagan National Airport is seven miles away. Washington Dulles Airport is 25 miles away. Baltimore Washington International Airport is 35 miles away.

The St. Gregory Hotel has 154 rooms including 100 suites. Room amenities include in-room refrigerators, coffee makers, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, make- up mirrors, CD players and complimentary daily newspaper. Services include complimentary shoeshine, concierge and transportation desk, same day laundry and 24-hour on-site valet parking.

St Gregory Suites

Most of the accommodations at the St. Gregory Hotel are suites. However, the hotel has 56 Club Level rooms on three separately keyed floors with private access, special amenities and services. Special services and accommodations for St. Gregory's Club Level rooms include a personal concierge, turndown service, terry robes, complimentary breakfast, evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvres served in the Club Lounge and a business center. Club Level accommodations include top floor "Sky" rooms that feature terraces with panoramic city views.

St Gregory Dining

Donna's Café and Coffee Bar serves contemporary American fare and is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch. The adjacent outdoor Café Terrace is open seasonally.

Additional Facilities

The St. Gregory Hotel has a fitness center with a television, treadmill, lifecycles, a Stairmaster, and free weights. The hotel ballroom has 2,350 square feet of meeting space that can be divided into three separate rooms capable of accommodating 10 to 150 guests.
